It’s August – that means back to school shopping, school registration, doctor’s appointments, haircuts….argh! Stop the Back to School madness by relaxing at Goodman Pool!
Before the kids have to hit the books – get to Goodman Pool. Race down the slides, practice the swim strokes you learned in lessons, and enjoy the last few summer days!
Goodman Pool End of Season Schedule:
Today through August 23 – regularly posted hours for Recreation Swim and Lessons.
August 24 – September 1, 12:30 – 7:00p.m. - open for Recreation Swim.
August 30 is the last day of Lap Swim (both morning and evening hours)
September 1 (Labor Day) is the last day Goodman Pool is open for the season.
Please note, the Capitol K-9 Dog Paddle is Sunday, September 7 at Goodman Pool. For registration and event information, be sure to check their website!

Madison Park Beach and Spray Park Schedule:
- Regional Beaches & Spray Parks, BB Clarke, Vilas, Tenney & Olbrich Beaches, and Elver, Reindahl and Cypress Splash Parks
Regular Daily Hours 11:00a.m.-7:00p.m through September 1. - Neighborhood Beaches, Bernies, James Madison, Esther, Olin, Warner and Spring Harbor are closed for the season. August 17 was the last day for lifeguard services at these neighborhood beaches.
