Deadline for Judge Doyle Square Response Extended

On October 14, 2015, Mayor Soglin requested that JDS Development LLC and Exact Sciences Corporation respond to a number of questions related to the impact of the October 6, 2015 U.S. Prevention Services Task Force’s recommendation regarding the Cologuard test on the provisions agreed to by JDS Development LLC, Exact Sciences Corporation and the City for the Judge Doyle Square project.
JDS Development LLC and Exact Sciences have requested an extension of the response deadline to Monday, November 2, 2015, which the Mayor approved today.
