Lobbyists register with the City Clerk's Office. Principals employing lobbyists file expense statements with the City Clerk's Office. The City Clerk's Office is also the filing officer for lobbying complaints.
Meeting Notices
The City Clerk's Office posts official meeting notices on the first floor of the City-County Building. These agendas also appear on the City Weekly Meeting Schedule.
Notary
The City Clerk's Office offers public notary services.
Roster
The City Clerk's Office prepares an annual City Roster.
Statement of Interests
The City Clerk's Office is the filing officer for Statements of Interests. The following city officials must file this form each year:
