Senior Scholarship

Although many of our activities are offered for free, there are fees for some of our Programs and Events. Fees are sometimes necessary to cover expenses--we are always working hard to keep our services affordable.

Who is Eligible?

  • Scholarships are available to people age 55+
  • Your annual income must be less than $27,180 for one person OR
  • Your annual income must be less than $36,620 for two people

How Does It Work?

Once the applicant is approved, they only need to pay 50% of the advertised cost for Madison Senior Center programs.

How Do I Apply?

Download and complete the Scholarship Request Form

Return this completed form to the Madison Senior Center or email it to seniorcenter@cityofmadison.com. Applications can also be picked up at the Senior Center. A third option is to call us at 608-266-6581 and we will mail an application to you.
