Truck Scales
The City Streets Division has purchased three truck weigh scales to be used for accurately weighing salt and sand used on city streets during the winter. The installation of the second scale will be located at 4602 Sycamore Ave.site for the Street Division sand/salt storage unit. The scale equipment will be able to collect data from the truck, know which route it is assigned and verify the amount of sand/salt loaded into the truck before running it's route. This contract will provide the infrastructure required to install the first scale including electrical lines, data lines, concrete ramps and the concrete scale foundation.
