Parking on Private Property
A citation may only be issued to a vehicle on private property when the City receives a complaint from the property owner/manager. If you feel a private property citation was issued in error, you will need to contact the owner/manager to request a review. The property owner/manager will determine if they wish to request the dismissal of that citation.
For property owner/managers:
If you wish to have a citation dismissed, complete the online review form or email ParkingEnforcement@cityofmadison.com requesting the withdrawal of the parking citation.

If the parking citation is withdrawn, no late fees will accumulate. If the property owner/manager is unwilling to submit a request for review and you wish to contest the parking citation further you may request a court date by calling (608) 266-4170
