The former Struck & Irwin property located at 826 Williamson Street and 302 S. Paterson Street is proposed for redevelopment with a new mixed-use development that will have two new structures along with underground parking and outdoor amenity spaces. The development team includes Kris Warren and Tyler Krupp. A virtual neighborhood meeting to learn more about this redevelopment proposal is scheduled for Thursday, January 12,2023, at 7:30pm.
