Upcoming Dates
Course Description
Important Course Information: By registering for this course, you are committing to attending both days in a series. See scheduling details below.
Managing performance can be one of the most difficult aspects of supervision. It relies on us to tap into our:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge about Learning Styles
- And to Balance that with our own Technical Competency.
We want our employees to feel comfortable in their jobs and to be able to grow and develop along the way. Yet sometimes there may be something impeding an employee's ability to meet expectations.
Join us to learn an approach to performance management that incorporates Trauma-Informed Supervision. You'll also learn how to infuse coaching and feedback to keep performance high. Lastly, we'll explore what to do when an employee is not meeting expectations.
Presented by: Tameaka Bryant - Human Resources and Arlyn Gonzalez - Employee Assistance Program
