Course Description

Are you ready to demonstrate VBL behaviors yet aren’t sure where to start? Join us for an immersive workshop, "Values-Based Leadership in Action."

Building upon the foundational principles introduced in our first training, this workshop is designed for hands-on application and skill development. Through interactive exercises and role-playing, participants will delve deeper into what Values-Based Leadership (VBL) behaviors look like and sound like in practice, gaining practical insights and techniques for real-world leadership scenarios.

Pre-requisite: must have completed Values-Based Leadership: The 4 Principles of Practice.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Self-Assessment of Values-Based Leadership Behaviors (VBL): Participants will engage in reflective exercises to assess their current VBL practices, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
  2. Explore the “Leadership in Flow” concept: Delve into the concept of "Leadership in Flow," understanding how aligning personal values with leadership actions leads to optimal performance and team synergy.
  3. Demonstrate “Values to Action” through Role Playing: Through dynamic role-playing scenarios, participants will practice translating values into actionable leadership behaviors, honing their communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Course Materials:
