Work is complete and the site has been restored with topsoil, seed and erosion control matting.  The silt sock inlet control will remain in place until the grass cover is at 70-80%.

Project Information

The City of Madison Engineering Division will be leading the project which includes deconstructing and reconstructing in-place the existing wall, matching the existing aesthetic and materials, and reusing existing stone when possible on the 1847 stone retaining wall within the WisDOT-owned Southwest Bike Path property adjacent to Glenwood Children’s Park.

Project Updates

Work is complete and the site has been restored with topsoil, seed and erosion control matting.  The silt sock inlet control will remain in place until the grass cover is at 70-80%.

Construction fence has been installed at the project location and work is scheduled to begin the week of April 22nd.
