Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 418-446 West Washington Avenue and 413-417 West Mifflin Street

CRG proposes to redevelop the 1.5-acre site comprised of properties located at 418-446 W. Washington Avenue and 413-417 W. Mifflin Street. The existing structures would be demolished, and a new, six-story apartment building would be constructed. The new building would contain approximately 164 market-rate units and would accommodate approximately 511 residents. There would be approximately 80 parking spaces located in a single level of underground, structured parking.
