Securing our 1 S. Ingersoll Bus Maintenance/Storage Facility
Effective October 7th, 2024
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment, we will be implementing a strategy to better secure our 1 S. Ingersoll Bus Maintenance/Storage Facility.
All exterior entrance and exit doors will remain closed and always locked. Our overhead doors 1, 2, 3, 4, A & B will always remain closed unless a vehicle is entering or exiting through one of them.
All employees will be asked to enter our facility at designated employee entrance doors by using their employee code or the designated code (for the other keypads).
These are doors by overhead door #1, on Ingersoll Street (Driver entrance) and by the Engine Shop.
Other security measures we’d like to remind everyone about include:
- Report any doors that are not securing properly
- Do not let anyone into the building, even if you know or believe they are employed here
- Do not hold doors open for anyone
- Do not prop doors open
- Report any burnt out or damaged lights
- Report suspicious behavior to your supervisor or manager
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this change.
