Second Public Information Meeting (Hill Valley Neighborhood) - Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 6:30 PM

Veridian Homes and the City of Madison are hosting a second neighborhood meeting to discuss revised plans for the “Hill Valley Neighborhood,” a 211-acre development that will be located between Pleasant View Road and S. High Point Road. This multi-year development will include a wide range of housing formats and price points set within a walkable street network with expansive parks and open space and interconnected off-street bicycle/pedestrian trails. This online neighborhood meeting will provide another opportunity to review the proposed plans and ask questions of City staff and the Development Team.
