Calm in the Chaos: Navigating Conflict, Stress, and Boundaries through Emotional Intelligence
Upcoming Dates
Course Description
During Calm in the Chaos, participants will explore stressors, boundaries, and conflict management styles to build or increase self-awareness of behaviors in the workplace or at home.
This course aims to take a deeper look into emotional intelligence and how stress can dysregulate us and impact our interpersonal relationships. Additionally, attendees will be encouraged to recognize the need, define, and build fruitful boundaries. Furthermore, we will work to discuss perspectives and boundaries from others.
Finally, this presentation will culminate with ways in which to monitor stress, communicate to others, and ways to take care of our bodies & mind. Despite our focus being on the professional and collegial setting during the training, all of these skills are transferable to other contexts
