Course Description

During The Connected Couple, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to identify, cultivate, and maintain positive, respectful, and mutually beneficial intimate partnerships. 

Attendees will learn to understand key components like effective communication, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, and recognizing signs of unhealthy dynamics. This will allow attendees to navigate relationships with greater confidence and awareness of their own needs and those of their partner.
