Starker Avenue Resurfacing with Utilities Project

Starker Avenue, from Woodvale Drive to Droster Road, is currently closed to through traffic while S & L Underground completes scheduled resurfacing and utility work in the area. This project includes removing and replacing the existing pavement, base course, sanitary sewer and laterals, water main and reconnect water services to the new main, and storm sewer as well as spot replace curb and gutter, driveways, and sidewalk. The work will be completed by the end of August 2025.
