Fare Collection Procedure

Posters will be installed in Dispatch soon with the following procedure when a customer might not pay their fare.

If a passenger doesn’t pay their fare:

  • Play the “please pay your fare” announcement or remind them to pay
    their fare.
  • If they don’t pay, allow them to ride and continue with your route.
  • Report to Dispatch any passengers that routinely do not pay their fare. Supervisors will follow up as needed.

Please do not engage in a dispute over a fare. Just allow them to ride and move on.
