There is some misleading wording on the Day passes being issued from the BRT station ticket machines.
The day passes are valid on the date they’re FIRST USED. It’s then valid on that day until 11:59 pm.
You can buy a day pass at the ticket machine and use it the following day or a future date. The date at the bottom is just a timestamp.
We’re working on getting that corrected.
1 ride tickets either from the ticket machine or our bar code cards that are handed out by service agencies are also valid on the date they’re FIRST USED.
1-ride tickets are then valid for 2 hours after they’ve been scanned for the first time.
There’s no need to issue a paper transfer. They are valid for our standard 2-hour transfer window.
