Citation Information
If you have received a parking citation, you have five options:
- Pay Online
- Pay by Mail (Check or Money Order)
- Pay in Person
- Request to Have Your Parking Citation Reviewed to Determine if the Parking Citation was Issued in Error
- Request a Court Date to Contest a Parking Citation

Before paying a citation(s) there are some important facts to be aware of:
Look up online: Parking Citation Look-up
- You may pay multiple parking citations per online session.
- For example: if you have 2 citations for $20 each, you may select both citations prior to finalizing your payment.
- If your registration has been suspended, be aware that payments made online may take up to three days to apply against your outstanding citation balance. If your license plate registration has been suspended due to the previous nonpayment of your citation, it may take up to five days from the date you make your online payment for the Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles to clear the suspension.
