Physical activity program to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Designed for adults as they age. Participants follow a structured plan to strengthen all major muscle groups. Gain strength, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of conditions like osteoporosis, heart disease, and diabetes. Sponsored by Extension Dane County-UW-Madison. Meets Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 - 10:15 am for 8 weeks.
