1. November 2024: In Person Open House
2. December 2024: Two Virtual meetings
3. January 2025: Direct Input
   1. Survey, open until February 10, 2025: A public link to the survey
   2. Targeted Mailing sent January 15, 2025
   3. Interactive Map: Southwest Area Plan interactive commenting map
4. Ongoing communication is shared via the project page.
