New Development Project for 1109 S. Park

Here are the site plans for the proposed development at 1109 S. Park, the Jade Garden site that was much in the news a few years back.  That project called for a 4-story bldg that would have blocked sun to nearby residents' solar panels. 

This project is for a 3-story mixed use development, and so far has been well received.
