Thank You...Plus This Week's Updates
postedHi Everyone!
Voter turnout on Tuesday was exceptionally strong throughout the City, and even more so in District 13. The stakes were high and voters came through in a big way. A big shout out goes to District 13 resident Ben Wikler, whose tireless efforts, and those of his talented team, yielded such positive results statewide.
I'm also very pleased to have been re-elected by such a strong margin. Thank you! It's indeed a great honor to serve as your alder, and I look forward to all that we can accomplish these next two years.
As always, please feel free to share your questions and concerns by contacting me at district13@cityofmadison.com.

Lastly....
As I mentioned at the top of this post, the turnout -- and the outcome -- of last week's election was reassuring. Voters sent an important message, one that overcame the desultory and stifling effects of the so-called "vibe shift." Yes, it was a grind. But what a different day we'd be having today had so many of you not canvassed, not made calls, not voted.
Instead, the high level of engagement carried over to thousands showing up for Saturday's protest. You were likely there or at least have seen the pictures. So many great signs!
There will be more. Plan to show up and let your voices be heard!
That's all for now.
Take care and stay safe,
