Department Equity Team Resources
Department Equity Teams (DETs) work to advance racial equity and social justice within their departments. DET co-leads attend monthly meetings led by the Department of Civil Rights to support them in their work. The below trainings are available for all who'd like to strengthen their equity muscles and lead culture change at the City.
