The purpose of the Inclusive Workplace Policy (APM 2-52) is to address the needs of transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary employees, and to protect the legal rights and safety of all employees.

All City employees have an important role in creating an inclusive work environment. Visit these resources to learn about the City's policy and what you can do to make your workplace more welcoming and inclusive.
