Project Overview

The next phase of the City of Madison office remodeling in the City County Building (CCB), is Phase 2A, CCB Remodel – DCR 104 & 108A. This space is room 104, the former Parks Department Office along with a small conference room (108A). These spaces were removed from the original Phase 2 First and Fifth Floors remodeling project due to the rising cost of construction that we are currently experiencing.  

This is part of a multi-phased project for office remodels on the first, fourth and fifth floors of the City County Building (CCB).  Additional information can be found on the CCB Floors 1, 4 & 5 Office Remodels project page.

January 6, 2025 Update

A reminder that an addendum will be published on Friday, Jan. 10th and bids are due on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025.  

January 2, 2025 Update

The virtual meeting for bidding contractors to ask questions regarding the bid documents will be held on Monday, January 6th at 10:00 a.m.  Preregistration is required at Registration Bid Talk: CCB Remodel – DCR 104 & 108A Meeting No. 2.  There will be an addendum released next week with some updated information regarding the front entrance and lobby area to the DCR office as well as some changes to finish colors.  Bids are due on January 16th, 2025.

December 13, 2024 Update

A reminder the contractor pre-bid site/building tour will be held next Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site, 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Conference Rm 108A.
