Quarter 2 2025 Update
The contractor started work in late February. Siding has been removed and salvaged from the lower portion of the north elevation and the entire east elevation. Sheathing has been replaced and new building wrap has been installed. Window replacements on the east elevation have begun. Work will continue through May 2025.
