MMB Hybrid Meetings Training

Course Description
Notice: This training may be recorded for future viewing by City staff.
Dates Update: The July 17th session at 1:00 pm has been canceled due to low registration amounts. Please register for another session.
Learn how to use the recently upgraded hybrid meeting spaces available in the Madison Municipal Building (MMB)! The training will take place in-person in MMB room 206 and will go over that room’s system specifically. Other rooms will be mentioned in training to note how they differ from MMB 206.
Self-service (i.e., Type 2) board, commission, and committee meetings are not permitted to meet in a hybrid format at this time. These rooms can be used for other types of public meetings or internal staff meetings.
