Beach Lifeguard Services at Vilas & Tenney Beaches this Weekend

The Madison Parks Division is pleased to announce that due to the predicted warm weather this holiday weekend, there will be lifeguard services at two of the Madison beaches. Vilas Beach, 1339 Vilas Park Drive and Tenney Park Beach, 1254 Sherman Ave. will have lifeguard services on Saturday, May 27 – Monday, May 29 from noon-6p.m. The normal beach season is scheduled to begin Saturday, June 10. Goodman Swimming Pool is scheduled to open Monday, June 12 at 12:30p.m. For more information on both the beach schedule and the Goodman Swimming Pool schedule and fees, please log on to the Madison Parks Division website at: www.cityofmadison.com/parks
