Legistar File No. 87624 Metro
postedLegistar File No. 87624 Body – Version 3
This file is a change to existing ordinances; this is NOT a new ordinance.
87624 amends ordinances 1.08 and 11.09 to reduce the offense deposit from $50 to $5 and replace MPD enforcement with authorized trained metro personnel.
To facilitate these two changes, ordinance 11.09 was updated to distinguish between all motor buses and city buses. The reduction and enforcement change applies to city buses only.
This file will be presented to the Council on Tuesday, April 15. Check out the discussion at the Transportation Commission on April 9.
