As of June 17, we had 97 shots fired incidents city wide. This is an increase of 14.1% over last year.
This morning there was another burglary where an unlocked vehicle sitting in a driveway was entered and the garage door opener was used to open the garage door to the home. The suspects were then able to enter the home through the unlocked door leading into the home from the garage. A handgun was stolen from the home.
Again, I would remind people to lock their cars, garages, garage doors and homes.
