On 10/21/21 at approximately 6:23 PM, two subjects were attempting to sell an iPhone via marketplace. They agreed to meet the suspect at a public location. The phone was exchanged, however, the suspect did not pay as agreed on originally. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle with the phone and did strike both victims, and one victim was dragged with the vehicle for a short period. One victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
After injuring both victims, the suspect then fled the scene at a high rate of speed and was involved in another crash causing injury. The suspect then fled on foot with a small child. At the time of this writing, the suspect has not been positively identified.
