Reality Based Training Actor Course - Instructor Training ( Patrol and Tactical)

Description:	One often overlooked, but critically important, area of scenario instruction is the cultivation of effective role players. This course seeks to improve scenario training by developing actors who understand and embrace their responsibilities in terms of creating a safe learning environment, providing opportunities for realistic conditions and actions, and working collaboratively with the instructor to achieve student success. This course will discuss considerations for scenario actors and share the lessons learned from several years of scenario development and instruction at both recruit and in-service level training. This a physical course, with an emphasis on use of force decision-making exercises, so participants should be prepared to simulate resistive or assaultive subjects and respond to a variety of officer actions.
