Description:	One often overlooked, but critically important, area of scenario instruction is the cultivation of effective role players. This course seeks to improve scenario training by developing actors who understand and embrace their responsibilities in terms of creating a safe learning environment, providing opportunities for realistic conditions and actions, and working collaboratively with the instructor to achieve student success. This course will discuss considerations for scenario actors and share the lessons learned from several years of scenario development and instruction at both recruit and in-service level training. This a physical course, with an emphasis on use of force decision-making exercises, so participants should be prepared to simulate resistive or assaultive subjects and respond to a variety of officer actions.

Description:	The FBI-LEEDA Command Leadership Institute is a dynamic, intensive and challenging 4 1/2-day program specifically and uniquely designed to prepare law enforcement leaders for command level positions. The Command Leadership Institute's focus is to provide real life contemporary, best-practice strategies and techniques for those aspiring to command level assignments. Command Institute faculty members are passionate instructors who have executive level law enforcement and leadership experience. Command Leadership Institute students will be engaged in such topics as credibility, command discipline and liability, dealing with problem employees, and leading change within an organization. The Command Leadership Institute is student-centered with a high degree of student involvement.

Description:	This workshop introduces "MAGNUS OVEA" as a strategic framework tailored for first responders to thrive in high-pressure and volatile environments. Drawing from Colonel Boyd's OODA Loop, Albert Bandura's Theory of Social Cognition, tested and validated with the US Joint Special Operations Command, the workshop introduces Dr. Mitch Javidi’s MAGNUS OVEA, a General Theory of Human Performance. It equips participants with a comprehensive arsenal of Situational, Cognitive, and Emotional dominance tools. These tools are designed to neurobiologically activate peak performance and deep emotional intelligence, fostering resilience and wellness essential for success in challenging operations. This course is necessary for all personnel across law enforcement, including SWAT, special operations, corrections, and patrol, catering to individuals at every rank.
