MISSION
Establish and maintain liaison between the Common Council and the County Board for the purpose of conferring on matters of mutual interest and to provide a means for advising both governing bodies on matters where there may be an apparent conflict or difference in interest between the City and the County. (Original Authorization: Resolution 5466, adopted 3-28-1963 & Resolution 54038, ID 21034, adopted 4-1-1997.)
