4506 Verona Road-Development Proposal

Hello!

Lincoln Avenue Communities is proposing a development consisting of a 5-story, 93-unit mixed-use building consisting of 1- 2- and 3-bedroom units with underground and surface parking. Attached is a preliminary design from Knothe Bruce Architects regarding the redevelopment of 4506-4514 Verona Rd. 

The project will follow the conditional use process, I will be sharing dates and community meeting(s) as soon as these dates are available.

The Zoning:

The location is classified as a Commercial Center (CC) zoning:

• Historically auto-oriented, large-format retail and office sites that should become mixed-use centers
• Residential Conditional Uses: 3 or > unit townhome, 4 or > multifamily, 1 or > unit mixed use building
