KIVA
Since the first Kiva loan in Wisconsin in 2013, there have been close to 270 Wisconsin borrowers funded totaling approximately $1.6 million in dollars lent to business owners.

Kiva celebrates and supports people looking to create a better future for themselves, their families and their communities. With as little as a $25 loan, anyone can help a borrower start or grow a business, go to school, access clean energy and realize their potential.

True to its mission of economic inclusion, borrowers who faced barriers to traditional lending options have benefitted from Kiva loans. To date, 67% of Wisconsin borrowers are female, 59 % are people of color and 64% are low-moderate income.
