We’ve created training videos to help get you oriented to Kronos. We recommend you watch the videos in this order listed below to learn how to navigate in Kronos, complete and approve your timesheet and request time off:

Q&A Sessions

We’ve also scheduled Q&A sessions for each section. Please be sure to review the above referenced materials prior to attending these sessions. We will not be presenting these videos and PowerPoint presentations at the Q&A sessions. Rather these Q&A sessions are intended to respond to your questions after you have reviewed the materials on GEAR.

Test Environment

You can log in to the Kronos test environment with your City user id and password to see how it works. Any data you enter in this site will not affect payroll so feel free to explore and test.
