如果您被定罪交通違規，您的駕駛記錄中將會加上違規記點。您可以在罰單右上角找到記點數。
如果您在一年內記點達到或超過 12 點，即會吊扣您的駕駛執照。您需要繳納 60 美元才能在吊扣時間結束時取回您的駕照。
如果您正使用實習駕照，則不會對您的第一張罰單記點。但是，在第一張罰單之後，每張罰單的記點可能會加倍。
