Midpoint Meadows Follow-up

There have been two Neighborhood Meetings about Midpoint Meadows - March 12 and September 4.

Postcards mailings. The Council office notifies by postcard those residents within a selected geographic area. This area can be expanded, however, postcards will not be sent to the entire District 20 as the bulk of the development area falls within District 1, not District 20, with even a smaller area falling into District 7. There are no final details related to the school beyond the new development will be within the MMSD. Tracking this development will be important to District 20 residents.

The CDA is redeveloping the two vacant duplexes there into six total townhomes. The City and the CDA are taking this opportunity to show that "Missing Middle" housing like townhomes can help create more housing while keeping neighborhoods walkable and accessible.
