Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 423-427 West Mifflin Street

Madison Development Corporation proposes to redevelop the properties located 423, 425 and 427 W. Mifflin Street. The existing structures would be demolished, however, the historic home at 427 W. Mifflin Street could possibly be relocated to another downtown location, and a new, three to four story, 40-unit multifamily building would be constructed. The new building would consist of 18 studio, 19 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments. There would be 26 vehicle stalls in underground and surface parking and 51 bike parking stalls. The proposed project would include market rate and affordable housing units.
