Housing
The Community Development Authority (CDA) Housing Operations Division works in conjunction with the City of Madison as the lead public entity in greater Madison, offering HUD low-income subsidized housing within the City of Madison limits.
The Community Development Authority owns and operates 742 units of Public Housing for families, seniors, and people with disabilities. The CDA also offers 115 units of Multifamily Housing that includes barrier-free units for physically disabled people with special needs, the elderly, and families. We provide the core services necessary to operate important, federally funded, low-income housing programs and related services for the Community Development Authority (CDA).
