Near West Area Plan

The Near West Area includes a mix of established neighborhoods, the UW-Madison campus, Edgewood College, and the Arboretum. 

The Near West Area Plan is scheduled to be the seventh in the series of twelve area plans.  The planning process is expected to start in the second half of 2026.  Sign up for email updates on this project below.
