Neighborhood Resource Trailer
The Neighborhood Resource Trailer is available to Madison community organizations for neighborhood events. Events should focus on creating community connections, educational opportunities, healthy lifestyles and socialization. This is the community's trailer to enjoy!
The trailer includes:
- Grill
- Microphone & speaker
- Table & chairs
- Serving platform
- Storage
- Generator
- Dry erase board
Who can reserve the trailer?
Any neighborhood group can reserve the trailer! An adult needs to be responsible during the event. This includes caring for the trailer and all included equipment.
Requirements & Details:
- Adult, 25 years or older
- Madison resident
- Non-profit event
- MPD will deliver and pick up trailer

To determine availability and make a reservation, call the district which the event will be held at least two weeks before your event.

About the U.S. Department of Justice Byrne Criminal Justice Innovation Grant
With this grant, the Madison Police Department was able to buy the trailer. During this process, we partnered with Common Wealth Development and other non-profit organizations. The grant helps build social efficacy, safety and partnerships within neighborhoods. This trailer is one piece in our plan to achieve these goals.
