Pick Up Your Fast Fare Card
- Email mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com and get one through the mail.
- Make sure to include your address and allow 6 to 8 days for delivery.
- Pick up at Metro Transit's administration office. (1245 E. Washington Ave., Ste. 201).
- We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30a to 4:30p
- Pick up at any Madison Public Library location. Ask front desk staff.

Half-Price Fares
Half price fares are available for youth, seniors, those with disabilities, and those with low incomes.
- You'll need to show proof of eligibility to be set up for half-price fares.
- If you've already set up your smart card with a half-price fare, email mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com to add that to your app account.
