Roof Replacement
The project will replace the existing wood shingle roof with a new wood shingle roof. In addition, half round gutters and round downspouts will be installed and soffit vents added. Because Gates of Heaven is a locally designated landmark and is located in the Mansion Hill local and National Register historic districts, this project required approvals by the City Landmarks Commission and the State Historic Preservation Office.
