Madison Municipal Services Bill

Every month a bill is sent to every property owner in the City. The City is divided into four cycles for utility bills.  Each week, approximately one-fourth of the City receives a utility bill, which covers between 28-32 days of service. Some services are charged to all properties at a flat rate, stormwater is based on your land cover, while water and sewer usage are measured based on volume used.
