Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: The Sauk Creek Condominium Community is situated on the West side of Madison Wisconsin. It is conveniently located only a mile from West Town Mall one of Madison's major shopping and restaurant areas. It is also a short walk from Sauk Creek to the Sauk Point Square shopping area with, Alicia Ashman Public Library, boutiques, quiet dining and other small retail establishments. Convenient Metro bus routes run directly to downtown Madison, Universitry of Wisconsin and West Town Mall. Sauk Creek has 22 buildings with 72 homes. Amenities include a centrally located pool and club house that can be used for gatherings or events. The Large area of landscaped grounds and mature trees provide the backdrop for the quiet community atmosphere that makes Sauk Creek special and a desirable place to live. Many of the condominium units are one story.
