New Restrooms/Shelter

City Engineering will be replacing the existing beach house with a new park shelter and restrooms at Warner Beach.  The building will also include a pump room as part of the Clean Beach system announced in August 2019, a joint project between the City of Madison and Dane County.  Warner Beach Park Shelter will be the fifth prototype park shelter and restrooms.  Previous prototype shelters are located at Lake Edge Park; Esther Beach; Penn Park and Walter Street at Olbrich Park.

Pre-Bid Building/Site Tour: Wednesday, June 24, 2020 @ 10:00 am at the project site, 1101 Woodward Dr.

Bid Due Date: July 09, 2020

Construction Start date: Sept. 8, 2020
Expected Completion date: April 30, 2021
