Flower pots and edging must be free of dirt before placing into the refuse.

Extra plants?

Every spring area gardeners will have extra plants either because they are thinning out an existing garden or because they purchased more plants then they can use.

There are many online person-to-person exchanges, some are specific to swapping plants or seeds. Some simple online search for local plant or seed exchanges should reveal some resources.
